The office is located in the Medical Office Building 3 at Mount Carmel West Hospital. Take the Rich St./Town St. exit off SR 315. Continue on Town St. to Green St., turn right. Green St. turns into Mount Carmel Mall as it curves to the left. Our building is on your right.

Take the Fishinger Road exit off I-270 to Ridge Mill Drive, turn left. The office is on the left, across from Movies 12.
